Staci
M. Pierce – Managing Member and
President
Pierce’s experience drafting,
negotiating and consummating of energy
contracts has brought a large measure of
success to UEE. Prior to managing Urban
Energy Enterprises, LLC (UEE), Pierce
was a director for an international
software development and consulting
firm. She has developed strategies and
provided solutions for multitudes of
companies and used technical expertise
for successful implementation. Pierce
acquired her M.B.A. from the Executive
Program at the University of Alabama.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree
(Summa Cum Laude) at Birmingham-Southern
College in Computer Science. Pierce is
currently studying to receive her juris
doctorate degree from Cumberland School
of Law. She brings both technical skill
and corporate industrial knowledge to
UEE. Her ability to bring together
parties in a disjointed marketplace for
their mutual benefit is a significant
asset to UEE.
Raphael
Pierce - Member and Senior Vice
President
With fifteen years of physical and
financial energy trading and marketing
expertise, Raphael Pierce brings wealth
of industry knowledge and business
experience to UEE. Pierce matriculated
at the University of Alabama, where he
earned both a Bachelor of Science degree
(Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Arts
degree in Finance. Upon completion of
his graduate studies, he entered the
energy trading and marketing arena.
Subsequently, Pierce assisted in
developing energy trading floors for the
nation’s largest electric utility
holding company (Southern Company) as
well as the largest private sector coal
company in the US (Peabody Energy).
Pierce's primary focus for UEE is to
provide leadership in developing its
commercial energy products, services,
and infrastructure.
